**As of January 21st, this project has been awarded to D&E Construction Company Inc bid of $550,000.** The City of Piperton will be soliciting bids for Sanitary Sewer extension in Piperton Farms Subdivision along Oak Tree Drive, Hickory Nut Road, and Keough Drive. The project generally consists of installing approximately 2,120 linear feet of 10-inch sewer main (5 to 30 feet deep), 1,410 linear feet of 8-inch sewer main (8-15 feet deep), 13 manholes, 15 service taps, and associated erosion control, traffic control, pavement / shoulder restoration, and seeding / sodding. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity. **As of May 05, 2025, the project is on hold.
