Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Piperton, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work consists generally of the construction of a new 1.1 MGD water production facility located at 2230 Knox Road , Rossville, Tennessee, 38066. Included in this work will be the installation of all necessary distribution and process piping, Administration, laboratory, and shop building, concrete clear well, chemical feed equipment, aeration and mixing equipment, electrical and controls, site improvements, and appurtenant work as required to make functional this new water production facility as detailed and described in these specifications and detailed in the drawings Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
