Replace the roof at Parsons Head Start, 140 Texas Ave., Parsons, TN 38363: This would entail tearing off complete roof down to decking, replacing any damaged wood, over clean decking applying synthetic felt underlayment, installing a new architectural shingle roof including starter shingles, ridge cap, pipe boots, and roof vents. All debris hauled away and campus cleaned of any and all roofing supplies including nails. 30 year materials, 5 year labor warranty. 2. Programmable sprinkler/irrigation system installed at Haywood County Head Start, 2555 N. Washington Ave., Brownsville, TN 38012 to cover all beds/landscape areas.....should not cover any lawn areas. 5 year materials, 2 year labor warranty. 3. Programmable sprinkler/irrigation system installed at Chester County Head Start, 1495 White Ave., Henderson, TN 38340 to cover the two existing beds along the side of the building and across the front of the building........should not cover any lawn or outer landscape areas. 5 year materials, 2 year labor warranty.
