The Project includes the following Work: The work is comprised of the relocation and/or new installation of the following features: parking lot subbase and surface, stormwater and drainage structures; curbing; plantings and landscaping; underground utilities; site lighting; and other associated site improvements. In person sealed bids will be received at the Finance Office at City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH. An automated email confirmation will be generated to bidder once bid has been received. It is bidders responsibility to ensure proper email submission of bid, and to monitor for the confirmation email. To be considered a responsive Bidder, the Bidder shall have obtained at least one set of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office using the name that is to appear on the Bid Form. Bid Withdrawal: No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 90 days after the actual date of opening thereof. 11. Instructions to Bidders: Each Bidder shall accompany the proposal with a bid guarantee in the form of a Cashiers Check, or a Certified Check payable to the City of Rochester, or a Bid Bond secured by a guaranteed company or surety company licensed to operate in the State of New Hampshire in the amount of 5% of the Bid. This bid guarantee shall ensure the execution of a Contract, the furnishing of a Performance Bond, and a Payment Bond, all of which shall remain in effect for 90 days after receipt of Bid by the Owner. Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, will be required of the Successful Bidder. The bid guarantees of the unsuccessful Bidders shall be returned as soon as practicable. Attorneys-in-fact who sign bid bonds or contract bonds must file with each bond a certified and effectively dated copy of their Power of Attorney. All qualified Bidders will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, or national origin. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, to negotiate with any Bidder and to reject any or all Bids.
