Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids will be accepted by pre-qualified bidders from RFQ #21-36 only. The Project includes the following Work: Work for this project includes the replacement of approximately 1,030 linear feet of water main on Industrial Way with 12-inch ductile iron water. Work also includes an 8-inch temporary water line, service line connections, hydrant assemblies, valves, three valve cluster located at pump station, appurtenances, and roadway restoration to include a permanent trench patch of the asphalt removed to complete this project. Only General Contractors that have been pre-qualified with the City of Rochester, NH, via RFQ 21-36 are eligible to submit bids. Question Deadline 06/04/2025 All questions with regard to the Contract Documents shall be submitted no less than ten (10) business days prior to bid opening. Questions should be addressed (in writing only) to the attention of: Wright-Plerce Christoper Berg, PE chris.berg@wright-pierce.com If necessary, Addenda will be issued no later than five (5) business days prior to bid opening. Bidders are responsible for determining that they have received all Addenda issued. Only registered plan holders will receive addenda. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 90 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
