This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits quotes for equipment maintenance and emergency repair services for one hundred twenty-four (124) signalized intersections and seventeen (17) rectangular rapid flashing beacons / pavement lights. Contact Eric Kurz Traffic Signal Tech III (925) 931-5668 ekurz@cityofpleasantonca.gov. Proposals received after the time established for receiving proposals will not be considered. No Proposer may withdraw a proposal after the time established for receiving proposals or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the City's opening of proposals. Signal Maintenance Duties Begin July 1, 2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to determine which proposal is, in the City's judgment, the lowest responsive and responsible proposal. The City also reserves the right to waive any informality in any proposal and to delete certain items listed in the proposal as set forth therein
