The City of Algona owns and operates a sanitary sewer collection system and is seeking further information on the state of approximately 7.8 miles (41,380 linear feet) of 8-inch to 24-inch diameter gravity sewer pipes through the use of closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection. The Work shall be substantially complete within 55 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Algona, Washington. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "City of Algona" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. Financing of the Project has been provided by City of Algona, Washington. The City of Algona expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE $280,000 to $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
