Site work for a power facility in Lynnwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
This contract consists of constructing site improvements at an existing single-bank electrical distribution substation located at 18024 Larch Way, Lynnwood, in Snohomish County, WA 98037. The substation will be de-energized and islanded from the electric system. Construction includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of concrete slabs, conduits, and grounding conductor; temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; earthwork; cast-in-place concrete including slabs and a spread footing foundation; conduits and vault; grounding system improvements with grounding wells; substation yard and perimeter crushed rock surfacing; and site disturbance restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax. he District encourages minority and womens business enterprises to request these contract documents and to bid on this work.
