The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department (City) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide Construction Management/Construction Administration (CM/CA) Services associated with the City's upcoming pavement preservation projects (Project). The following projects will be advertised as a tied bid: LYN-52 Alderwood Mall Parkway Pavement Preservation and LYN-56 33rd Ave W (184th St SW to Poplar Way Bridge) Project The firm selected will assist the City with oversight of the construction activities performed by the awarded contractor. This Project has federal funding for the construction phase and this contract will have a mandatory 17% Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. Submittal of a DBE Plan and Good Faith Effort documentation is required to commencing work. The City anticipates project construction to begin Summer 2025.
