Reference number: 20059716 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-04-11 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 The City of Lachute wishes to receive tenders for repairs to rue Saint-Jacques and rue Edwin. To be considered, the bid must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for receipt of bids. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bond in an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the bid, issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers. The bid must also be accompanied by a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a labor, material and services bond, each for an amount of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the bid, issued by an institution holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
