To be considered, the submission must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for receipt of submissions. The bid must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a security bond, issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers, for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the value of the bid. The submission must also be accompanied by a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a bond guaranteeing labor, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the submission, issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
