Reference number: 20079373 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-07-07 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 75 To be considered, the bid must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for receipt of bids. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security representing at least TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total amount of the Bid with taxes, issued in one of the following forms: a) a certified cheque, money order or bank draft drawn on a Financial Institution and made payable to the City of Lachute. This guarantee must be cashable in Quebec, upon request. b) a guarantee issued by a Financial Institution and established without reservation in favour of the City of Lachute. If the guarantee is provided in the form of a performance bond issued by a Financial Institution, the Tenderer must provide a letter of commitment to issue the bond for an amount corresponding to FIFTY PER CENT (50%) of the total amount of the Tender with taxes. If the security is provided in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution, the Tenderer shall provide a letter of undertaking for the issuance of the bond security for pledges, materials and services for an amount corresponding to FIFTY PER CENT (50%) of the total amount of the Tender with taxes.
