Supply of PMRE Oil for Chip Seal Application The Tooele County Road Department is seeking bids for the supply of Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsion (PMRE) Oil to be used for chip seal applications in our 2025 Chip Seal Projects. The PMRE oil is required to meet the specific quality standards set forth in this RFB and will be used in conjunction with chip seal work on various roads in Tooele County. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying 180 Ton of PMRE oil for the chip seal project. The oil must meet the specifications and quality requirements detailed below. The vendor must also provide transportation, delivery, and any additional services required for the timely and efficient delivery of the product. Product Specifications Type: Polymer Modified Rejuvenating Emulsion (PMRE) Performance Standards: The PMRE must comply with all APWA regulations. Compatibility: Must be compatible with common chip seal aggregate types.
