Tooele County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Comprehensive Maintenance Plan for the County's facilities. The objective of this plan is to establish a structured maintenance, replacement, and service schedule for essential infrastructure and assets, including but not limited to: _ Equipment (general maintenance, repairs, and replacement scheduling) _ Flooring (lifespan assessment, maintenance, and replacement plan) _ Paint (interior and exterior maintenance schedules) _ Parking Lots (repaving, resurfacing, and maintenance strategies) _ HVAC Equipment (inspection, maintenance, and replacement schedules) _ Rooftops (structural assessments and repair/replacement plans) _ Hot Water Heaters (efficiency evaluations, servicing, and replacement) The selected contractor will conduct assessments and provide a data-driven facilities maintenance plan to improve operational efficiency, extend the lifecycle of assets, and optimize county resources.
