Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Terrace, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Terrace is seeking submissions from qualified professional trail & bikepark builders to design and construct new features and upgrades to the Tetrault Bikepark as part of the overall Tetrault Park Revitalization Project. The current park is outdated, underused, and does not serve the needs of the growing community. The goal of the City is to revitalize the park to improve outdoor recreation for the Southside neighborhood of Terrace and the greater community. The overall vision for the Tetrault Park Revitalization Plan is provided in the attached report. The proposed work involves updating the access zones to the park, delineation of park activity areas, decommissioning existing bike park infrastructure, and design-build of new bike park infrastructure. The bulk of the work will require a skilled and experienced bike park design-build contractor to construct progressive jump & drop lines, technical features in the skills area, and signage & delineation throughout the park.
