Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Terrace, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construction of a multi-storey, 50-60-unit wood-frame/concrete (concrete substructure and wood superstructure) building with supportive units to be determined by BC Housing and Prime Consultant/Architect. Future building shall provide a long-term purpose-built solution, be designed in compliance with BC Housing Design Guidelines and Construction Standards, and zoning and design guidelines required by the City of Terrace. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to enter into a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide Prime Consultant Architectural Services for the project has closed. A preferred proponent has yet to be identified. Further update in lste 2025. Construction budget is unreleased.
