Renovation of an educational facility in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of May 12, 2025, this project has been awarded to AMCO Enterprises, Inc but the bid amount is not yet available.** Every bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. The Ridgefield Park Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22 and to waive any immaterial or minor irregularities in the bidding process in accordance with the law. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Ridgefield Park Public Schools Board of Education. General Scope: The work includes the removal of the existing HVAC equipment and installation of new HVAC equipment in the existing building.The work in general includes but is not limited to the following: Structural Steel (supports for rooftop units) Roof infill, patching and repair Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Electrical Removal and reinstallation of existing light fixtures Removal and reinstallation of existing ceiling system Painting
