The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the CMPS Structural Upgrades (the Project) for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management (the Contract). The work to be performed under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for and incidental to the completion of all construction Work in connection with the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to Attachment B-Technical Specifications and Attachment C-Plans and Drawings (the Work).
