The City of Salem, Hereinafter Referred to as "City", is Seeking Proposals From a Qualification-based Firm to Provide Architectural/engineering Services for the Salem-willamette Valley Airport. The Actual Services Required Vary From Project to Project and is Usually an Unanticipated Situation. The Consultant Must Have an Understanding of the Current City, State, and Federal Rules and Procedures for Federal Grant Projects. The City Will Not Accept Proposals Submitted in Any Other Manner. No Late Proposals Will Be Accepted. Prospective Proposers May Obtain These Solicitation Documents by Registering on at Online. Prospective Proposers Are Solely Responsible for Checking Online to Determine Whether or Not Any Addenda Have Been Issued. Rfp Documents Will Not Be Mailed to Prospective Proposers. Any Objections to or Comments Upon the Rfp Specifications Must Be Submitted in Writing to the Office of the Contracts and Procurement Manager, by Email Sself@cityofsalem.net. The City will be the sole judge in determining award of Agreement and reserves the right to reject all Proposals.
