Veterans Housing Improvements The Project comprises of Window replacement, generator installation, HVAC replacement, and walk in cooler and freezer HVAC components. A Bid Bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the bid amount . The domestic content procurement preference requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in covered infrastructure projects be produced in the United States.
