All work shall be done in accordance to MSDs Standard Specifications. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $400,000 and $500,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions Due Date: Aug 14th 2025, 10:00 AM EDT BID, PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT AND MAINTENANCE BONDS. Before execution of a Contact by MSD, the successful Bidder will be required to provide a: a. Bid Bond in the amount of 7.5% of the Total Bid, and a b. Performance Bond in the penal sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a c. Payment Bond in the penal sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a d. Maintenance Bond in the penal sum as described on Contractors Insurance and Bonding attachment of the Information to Bidders. 18.0% MBE - African American, 2.0% MBE - Asian-Indian American and 15.0% WBE - Caucasian Female participation respectively required for this project. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible bid, subject to the approval of the MSD Board.
