Renovation of an educational facility in Madisonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description This project is for the like for like replacement of two entire DX cooling systems for the 44,300 square foot Hatley Building. Unit one is an approximately 120 ton Trane split system with a remote air cooled condenser. Unit 2 is an approximately 50 ton Trane split system with remote air cooled condenser. KCTCS' goal is to have this equipment replaced with as minimal impact to the occupation of the building and as quickly as possible. This is expected to be a "turn key" bid. Please include all demolition, disposal, rigging, electrical work, and controls work, etc. required to provide a complete functioning system. Deadline for written questions sent via email to the Issuing Officer referenced in Section 1.4. 03/28/25 4:00pm EST KCTCS reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time if it is in the best interest of KCTCS to do so.
