Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Paso Robles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of May 21st, 2025, the project was awarded to color new corpm without awarded amount. The City of Paso Robles is currently seeking informal quotes from experienced contractors for stucco patch, and paint repairs to the Activity Center located at Centennial Park. I've included the photos and specifications for the proposed repairs to help you with your quote. Project is to be completed within Forty-Five (45) WORKING days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Please keep in mind that quotes should include mobilization and insurance, in addition to the repair work. Contractors shall have a Class B (General Building Contractors) license to be considered for project award. Project Summary: o The Centennial Activity Center located at 600 Nickerson Drive was constructed in 1989 and is approximately 15,380 square feet. o The exterior finish is a conventional skip and trowel stucco over lath. o In numerous locations the finish is chipped, and in some sections, it is down to the lath (refer to photos). o Hairline cracks have also formed in numerous locations, including exterior columns, siding and along the interior of the roof parapet. o The finish color coat is believed to be original and has faded to the point where the entire Activity Center will need to be repainted after the stucco repairs have been made. o Suggested repairs include pressure washing, stucco patching, caulking of hairline cracks, and the application of elastomeric paint. o Paint shall match existing colors of Centennial Gym located across from the Activity Center as follows: o Body Color: SW 7517 "China Doll" 1 st Coat: Loxon Exterior Acrylic Masonry Primer A24W8300 2 nd Coat: Sherlastic Exterior Acrylic Elastomeric Coating A5W651 Series 3 rd Coat: Sherlastic Exterior Acrylic Elastomeric Coating A5W651 Series o Accent Color: SW 6345 "Sumptuous Peach" 1 st Coat: Loxon Exterior Acrylic Masonry Primer A24W8300 2 nd Coat: Sherlastic Exterior Acrylic Elastomeric Coating A5W651 Series 3 rd Coat: Sherlastic Exterior Acrylic Elastomeric Coating A5W651 Series o An additive bid will be considered to repair, seal, patch and paint the building parapet o (Add #1) Parapet stucco patching and paint repairs See (Body Color: SW 7517 "China Doll" for paint details
