Performance and Labor/Materials (Payment) Bonds along with notarized Power of Attorney will be required. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required. A valid Certificate of Insurance must also be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all technicalities and formalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening. The Contractor bidding the project is responsible for receiving addendum prior to the bid
