The scope of work for the project will include the installation of a poured in place rubber - No Fault Safety Surface or approved equal. The surface shall be installed on a 6-inch thick, compacted stone base and have tapered, ADA accessible edge treatments. Included in the project scope is excavation, disposal and grading and all incidental items necessary to construct a complete project. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021) and is subject to certain requirements including 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Applicable Federal requirements take precedence over State and local requirements unless State and local requirements are deemed to be more stringent.
