Reference Number 0000290257 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/24 05:00:00 PM CDT Provision of General Construction Services for New Builds The vendor must be capable of securing a 50% Performance Bond, issued by a licensed surety company that is authorized to operate in Manitoba or Canada. The vendor must also be capable of securing a 50% Labor and Material Payment Bond, which guarantees payment to subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers involved in the project. The Initial term of the Master Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years, The term of the Master Agreement may be extended, at Manitoba's option, in consultation with Buying Group Members who have executed a Participating Addendum with Qualified Suppliers, on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to two (2) years maximum, in increments of one (1) year each.
