2608G 2024 DMS Replacement Project The work included in this contract shall include removal and salvaging of existing DMS located on separate supports structures at the following locations: I-95 NB and SB at the Connecticut State Line in Hopkinton, I95 SB at mile marker 15.4 in West Greenwich, Rt 146 SB and NB in North Providence, and Route 114 NB in East Providence. The proposed DMS units shall have hard-wired connections for both power and communications. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing steel DMS support structures; utility coordination; design and installation of structural supports and foundations for each DMS; installation of DMS on support structures; installation of a groundmounted control cabinet; testing of DMS and associated equipment; installation of handholes and conduit; removal and installation of guardrail; utility connections; placement of soil and seed; and traffic control.
