Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Bellaire, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; residential development; and residential development.
Seeking a Demolition Contractor to complete the demolition of the house and garage located at 310 Grove St. Bellaire, MI 49615, along with additional tree/stump removal and the addition of compacted Afton stone for parking and walking. The work which the Contractor is required to perform shall be completed by October 1, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond duly executed by a surety company approved by the owner and payable to the owner for 5% of the total amount of the bid. A certified check, drawn in the owner's name, may be used in lieu of a bid bond. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the owner, may be required. Please list the cost of bond on the bid sheet. The County of Antrim reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in a bid, and to accept that bid which, in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, is in the best interest of the County.
