Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Village of Four Seasons, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: This project shall include the removal of the existing sidewalk materials and then the installation of concrete sidewalk material at four (4) inches thick along Cherokee Road between Reddington Road and the East entrance of the Four Seasons Village Hall, also the installation of concrete sidewalk material four (4) inches thick along Cherokee Road, South of the East Entrance to the Four Seasons Village Hall. The removal total is 704 square feet, and the concrete replacement total is 400 square yards. There will also be approximately 62 foot by 37 foot concrete six (6) inch thick with six (6) 2 foot by 2 foot piers and rebar on 2 foot centers pad to be poured on existing base on Lot 840 adjacent to the Four Seasons Village Hall Parking lot. The total of the pad with piers will be 765 square yards. Contact the Village Clerks office at 573-365-3833 or stop by Village Hall to receive a Complete Bid Packet. The bid proposal shall be made on a form of proposal, which will be provided by the Village. And delivered in a sealed envelope and be accompanied by the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid, and deposited in the office of the Village Clerk on or before the time specified above. The Village reserves the right to require the successful Bidder to file proof of his ability to properly execute the project together with his record of successful completion of similar projects. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals submitted, or to advertise for new bids. The Village reserves the right to defer the acceptance of any proposal and the execution of a contract for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days after the date of opening of the bids. The successful Bidder to whom the Contract has been awarded shall sign and return the Contract and other required certificates and documents within ten (10) days after the date of receipt of the award of the contract. The successful Bidder and all Subcontractors are required to have a valid Business License on file with the Village to work within the Village limits. Each Contactor is responsible for the $20.00 license fee per business. They must also submit copies and continue to carry workmen's compensation insurance, public and private liability and property damage insurance and builders risk insurance in the specified amounts for the duration of the contract. The Contractor shall commence work within seven (7) days after the date of written notice from the Village Clerk to begin work and shall complete all work no later than May 14, 2025. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing, addressed to the Village Clerk, 133 Cherokee Road, Four Seasons, Missouri, 65049 and to be given consideration must be received at least one (1) week prior to the 3:00 p.m. April 8, 2025, closing time for the opening of bids.
