The Engineer's Estimate is $2,100,000 to $2,300,000. Questions regarding the Contract Plans and Special Provisions, may be directed to the following office: City of Kennewick 1010 E Chemical Drive Kennewick, WA 99336 Contact: Heath Mel lotte (509) 585-4287 Work will involve planing (grinding) as called for on the plans, HMA overlay, HMA patching repair of miscellaneous failed areas, concrete sidewalk, curb, ramp upgrades, pavement lane striping, crosswalks, stop bars, markings, cast-in-place traffic curbing and other related work. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
