Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Lees Summit, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Project consists of new 90' x 130' aircraft hangar with office space. Adjacent parking lot with security fence. Aircraft apron and taxiway. Utilities from public right of way to the building. Modification of existing airport perimeter fence. Project Location: Kansas City/Lee's Summit Regional Airport A. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified inthe Instructions to Bidders. B. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bidamount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
