The Lee's Summit R7 School District is soliciting qualifications from firms capable of providing consulting services on an on-call basis that will support projects proposed in the potential 2025 Bond Referendum. The Consultant will provide services including but not limited to those listed below for ongoing and future Bond and Capital Improvement Projects within the School District. The selected Consultant shall be an independent, third-party consultant who will not be permitted to serve in the role of the Architect, Engineer or Contractor on any project assignments. Furthermore, no firm or contractor controlled by or partially owned by the Consultant or any of its employees or company owners shall be allowed to contract for, bid on, or perform any design, architectural, engineering, or construction services/work on the project. The projects will be delivered through both Design Bid Build and Construction Management at Risk methods as defined by Missouri Law. Lee's Summit R-7 School District (or the "District") is requiring proposers to submit their proposals electronically. Electronic submission help eliminate errors, eliminate unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Lee's Summit R-7 School District will not accept proposals that are submitted via email or fax machine. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of the District.
