Renovation of a mixed-use development in Golconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work to include the removal and replacement of five (5) doors under Base Bid and two (2) additional doors under Alternate Bid. Doors shall be hollow metal with hollow metal frames. Work to also include door hardware, CMU and metal panel wall infill, galvanized steel lintels, door hardware, and painting.
