Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Mamaroneck Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid as set forth in the Bid Specifications. The Contractor must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the Project, including the "Equal Opportunity for Employment" requirements as promulgated by the Federal and State governments. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check made payable to the Mamaroneck Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their respective bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date, unless otherwise authorized by law.
