The City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites tenders for construction services from experienced and qualified general contractors having expertise in CCDC contracts and. arena dehumidification systems along with the associated controls. Contractor to demonstrate a record of past successful projects. The works/services are required at Kitsilano Arena located at 2690 Larch Street, City of Vancouver, British Columbia. The General Scope of Work included, but is not limited to: Installation of dehumidifiers, ERVs and associated mechanical electrical, structural and controls work refer to drawing and spec packages for complete scope Working as Prime Contractor for the project performing all required subtrades including general contract trades, allied structural/civil/mechanical works, and any other works as required to complete work as noted in IFT drawings and specifications (per this Tender package – Attachments); Applying for all the necessary work permits; Provide required bonds, insurances, sureties and warranty in accordance and in compliance with this Instruction to Tenderers (ITT) package and attached Form of Agreement (FOA); General contracting works including supply of all labour, equipment, tools, materials and services necessary for the project in its entirety, including contract coordination, site mobilization, setting site safety procedures, demolition and disposal works, hazardous materials abatement, traffic management, environment and safety management, coordination with third party utilities, demobilization.
