Notice is hereby given by the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District ("the Corporation") of its intent to contract with CHAMCO Industries Ltd. for supply of a Cornell pump Model 10NHTB-VC18DB rotary unit for Chilco pump station. The services are expected to include: o Supply and Delivery of one (1) Cornell Pump Model 10NHTB-VC18DB Rotary Unit.The Corporation did not call for competitive bids for the following reasons: o CHAMCO Industries LTD is the sole authorized OEM Cornell distributor in western Canada to supply such Cornell pump spares. o Cornell Pump Model 10NHTB-VC18DB Rotary Unit is required for untimely pump repairs for any of the three identical Cornell Model 10NHTB-VC18DB pumps currently in service at the Chilco Pump station.
