Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Brief Description of Work The work includes Roof Replacement and as further set out at Appendix: Appendix E - Specifications and Drawings Exclusion of United States Based Suppliers Suppliers based in the United States are excluded from responding to this ITT. BC Housing reserves the right, at its discretion, to allow United States based suppliers to respond, in the event no reasonable alternatives are available. Deadline for Questions: 22nd, April 2025 @ 10:00 am PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response. The successful Bidder must cascade this requirement to subcontractors and suppliers engaged in the performance of the resulting contract. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for verifying and demonstrating compliance with this requirement and shall provide evidence of such compliance upon request by BC Housing. The roofing contractor must be part of qualified list of RCABC contractors. This project requires a 10-year-roof warranty through RCABC. McCuaig and Associates Engineering has been engaged by the Owners as a Roof Registered Observer (RRO) to complete the roofing inspection as per RCABC standard. Roof Replacement.
