Facilities Management at Colorado State University is seeking firm, competitive documented quote responses from qualified Contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services to complete the flooring work as described in Section G, Exhibit B and as shown in the attached construction documents. The project location is University Village Apartments, 1600 West Plum Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521. This portion of the project scope includes the prep and install of the flooring/base/stair treads in buildings 820-822 only (as indicated on plans). Floors will have been abated prior to install. Concrete will need to be prepped and sealed per manufactures specs called out on the plans. Floors with wood subfloor will require underlayment installed per plan. Flooring to be installed is Shaw Downtown USA 20. Color 00559 Hamilton Ave. Mil Layer 20. Size 6"x48". Base is Johnsonite Medium Grey 28. Stair treads are Heavy Duty Square Nose Medium Grey 28. Flooring to be caulked at door thresholds and bathtubs. Stair treads to be caulked at wall. Access to site will be reserved as well as a parking area for staging. All vehicles will be required to have parking permits issued through PTS. Contractor responsible to provide portalet on site. Bid option # 1: install flooring, base, and stair treads in building 19 as indicated on plans.
