Remodel the Jail Visitation to House A Secure File Room at the Kearny County Sheriff's Office, 106 Washington Ave., Lakin, KS 67860 All Federal, State, and County regulations must be complied with. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Cashier's Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Checks or bonds are to be made payable to Kearny County and serve as a guarantee of the sincerity and integrity of the bidder and shall be forfeited to the county if said proposal or bid is accepted and the bidder fails to execute the project and file the required statutory and performance bonds as required in the project agreement.
