The Summer Village of Norglenwold is seeking qualified civil contractors or firms to design and construct stormwater drainage improvements located along the Northeast corner of Ravenscrag Cresent. This work addresses the need to reverse modifications made by the public and redirect flow to the intended location as outlined in the attached drawing (ANNEX B). The successful contractor will provide a team of experienced professionals to provide services for this important initiative. The successful proponent will be responsible for the following: 1. Stormwater Drainage Design Prepare plan-view construction drawings highlighting drainage improvements, typography, utility conflict areas, and landscaping constraints. Confirm required grade and sizing for any new proposed drainage pipes and/or culverts using either stormwater modeling or qualified engineering judgment. 2. Construction of Drainage Infrastructure Regrade the ditch along the west/south side of lot 32 (as shown highlighted on the referenced document - Annex C) to facilitate intended drainage path. 3. Site and Utility Considerations Identify and mitigate conflicts with shallow utilities, trees, power poles, and existing landscaping features. Maintain access and minimize disturbances to residents and properties throughout construction as able. 4. Revegetation and Reclamation of the construction site with appropriate native vegetation to the ecosystem.
