The Diamond Valley Pressure Services Arena is located within the NexSource Centre at 4823 49ave Sylvan Lake. The Town of Sylvan Lake is undertaking this project to procure and install a new arena floor covering system designed to support a wide range of nonice events while ensuring durability, safety, and ease of installation and removal. This project aims to enhance the flexibility and functionality of the arena space by adding removable floor covering that meets industry standards. The arena is 85 feet wide x 200 feet long. The project proposals must include: Scope of work: Supplying, delivering, and fully installing the floor covering system. Providing all required accessories for a complete and functional system. Supplying detailed product specifications and documentation. Delivering a comprehensive installation plan and project timeline. Training facility staff on: Installation and removal procedures. Proper handling and storage. Routine maintenance and cleaning. Supplying warranty documentation and outlining coverage terms
