This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Regina Public Library (the Library) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for Mechanical Services to Regina Public Library for Connaught, George Bothwell, Glen Elm, Prince of Wales and Sherwood Village Branches. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Brian Klenk, Director of Facilities Infrastructure and Services Regina Public Library Email: bklenk@reginalibrary.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected, or appointed officials or other representatives of the Library, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's proposal Deadline for Questions Thursday April 10, 2025 Anticipated Start Date May 1, 2025 RFP/Agreement Duration - the RFP will request pricing for a 3-year period May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2028, with 2 x 1-year extensions by mutual agreement - May 1, 2028, to April 30, 2029, and May 1, 2029, to April 30, 2030.
