The deadline for questions regarding the project documents will be the close of business on 18 April 2025. Questions regarding this Proposal should be directed to the Project Manager: Mr. Sean O'Donnell at sodonnell@geosyntec.com. The Contractor's services shall include closure construction for New Beulah Municipal Landfill. The project spans approximately 37.8 acres in size and construction includes: clearing and grubbing within the limits of disturbance, demolishing, decommissioning, and abandoning existing landfill gas features, constructing the final geosynthetic cover system, constructing and installing new landfill gas wells, piping, and flare, constructing condensate drains and leachate manhole modifications, constructing a cover access road, dewatering and cleaning out sediment basins, replacing spillways, constructing stormwater channels, downchutes, and terraces, permanently stabilizing disturbed areas, and maintaining permanent vegetation for a one-year warranty period. The project shall be completed within 270 calendar days after the start of work; start of work shall begin within seven (7) calendar days after Notice to Proceed is provided by Dorchester County. This Project will be constructed under the provisions of the Bid and Contract Documents for Closure Construction: New Beulah Municipal Landfill, Dorchester County, Maryland.
