the McHenry Township Community Center For the following: Pave & Seal Contract: Furnish and place approximately: 112 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 150 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal; 3,198 SY Asphalt Seal Coat and 3,198 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
