E-1 Prime Oil 7. 200 Ton 19MM Binder HMA or WMA 8. 1,000Ton 9.5MM Wearing Course HMA or WMA All items more or less Liquidated Damages Apply Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid,made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
