Sealed proposals will be received for the following: 5,000 Ton 2A Subbase, 1,000 Ton #57 Stone Course Aggregate Washed, 1,000 Ton #8 Stone Course Aggregate Washed Type A less than 1.0% Passing 200 Sieve, 600 Ton Type AS2 or AS3 Anti-skid, 25,000 Gallons CRS-2PM Oil, 5,000 Gallons E-1 Prime Oil, 200 Ton 19MM Binder HMA or WMA, and 1,000 Ton 9.5MM Wearing Course HMA or WMA. Quantities may be more or less. Proposals must be on forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages apply.
