Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisors of West Buffalo Township for the following: 5,000 Ton 2A Subbase; 1,000 Ton #57 Stone Course Aggregate Washed; 1,000 Ton #8 Stone Course Aggregate Washed Type A less than 1.0% Passing 200 Sieve; 600 Ton Type AS2 or AS3 Anti-skid; 25,000 Gal. CRS-2PM Oil; 5,000 Gal. E-1 Prime Oil; 200 Ton 19MM Binder HMA or WMA; and 1,000 Ton 9.5MM Wearing Course HMA or WMA. All items are more or less. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
