**As of July 10, 2025, the project was awarded to Dave Gutelius Excavating, Inc., with an awarded amount of $99,952.10.** For the following contracts: Paving: Furnish and place 7,323 SY of Milling Asphalt Pavement, 733Tons of Fine Grade, 69 Tons of Flexible Base Replacement 19 MM Binder, 918 LF of Rolled Curb LT/RT. A bituminous escalator clause is included in this contract. Millings to be retained by municipality. PA Prevailing wages apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
