This structure is 2 stories wood framed. The scope of demolition services requested shall include demolition and haul off all building materials to an elevation of one foot below existing ground elevation. The remaining portion of the structure (basement, crawl space, foundation) which extend more than one foot below grade shall be cut off and left in place. The underground portion of the house shall be demolished as follows: Basement walls shall be cut off and removed to a depth of one foot below grade. All items within the basement shall be removed and disposed of, leaving only the walls (below one foot), footings and floor slab. Basement slabs shall be intermittently broken to allow any water which may accumulate to drain out of the bottom. Disconnection and removal of water and sewer services and appurtenances at the main.
