It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish the lump sum price for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and services required for furnishing the replacement of the existing radiant tube heating system for the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Kaycee, Wyoming.
